Accommodation FAQ's
Arrival & Departure
Bedrooms
Yes a standard set of towels for each person is provided.
Toiletries are not provided, communal toilets have hand soap.
We ask that you let us know at least a week before.
Kitchen
Cutlery, plates, glasses and cooking trays and cooking pans are provided to cater for 20 guests.
We provide a starter pack for the kitchen (basic number of dishwasher tablets, scourer, dish cloth, washing up liquid) but you will need to provide household cleaning products and black bags.
Household Supplies
We provide a starter supply of household supplies which include:-
Communal WC’s: hand wash, basic supply of toilet rolls.
Bathrooms: basic supply of toilet rolls but no Hand wash or soap.
Car Parking
There is ample car parking space off road and within the property.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Number of Guests
The maximum number of overnight guests is as booked and up to 20, unless otherwise agreed.
Smoking
Woodbank is a non-smoking property.
Stag & Hen Parties
Unfortunately we do not accept hen or stag parties other than by prior agreement.
